Retail Return Refund Policy
Sales are final on our large/oversized item products such as our grandfather clocks and certain large sized cuckoo clocks. This means that we do not accept returns on these products - except for exchanges due to:
1. defects in workmanship as indicated by the respective warranties of concerned item, or
2. shipment damages.
Please understand that shipment costs on these large/oversized items are very expensive now-a-days. Thus, if you are not sure of buying these items, please don't. Since our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty, should a defect be found, please notify us immediately for possible repair or replacement by the manufacturer.
On some of our products, we require a restocking fee of 20% if returned. In the rare event you want to return your purchase, items may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. A return authorization number must be obtained from us before returning merchandise along with obtaining the proper address to our warehouse. Once we receive the merchandise back, a credit for the purchase price will be posted to the same credit card you purchased the merchandise with. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Other Shipping charges:
The customer shall be responsible for all other shipping charges involved on warranty claims. Items sent back for warranty claims should be shipped freight pre-paid. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping changes:
We reserve the right to change a shipping company under the same shipping and handling cost should the need arises.
